On Saturday morning I had the pleasure of attending a brunch on the Upper East Side hosted by two brands I love, Sail to Sable and Annie Griffin Collection. Not sure if you guys were aware but it’s incredibly difficult to get from the west side of Manhattan to the east. There’s really no direct line of transportation from the West Village to the UES so either you have to take an out of the way subway ride or an expensive cab. I chose the latter since I was wearing heels and can’t handle the subway early on a Saturday morning. Good thing I don’t venture to the UES very often or else I’d be totally broke!     I love this for a brunch look! What a gorgeous skirt. You are so right about there being no connection from East to West side…I live on the UES and I always wonder why it’s so tough to get across town. Tried to force myself to take the bus a few times but I don’t see that happening again!
