Maybe if I dress like it’s spring I can will it to arrive early? Ugh, I WISH. The weather in New York was all kinds of crazy this week. It felt great to dive back in to a busy work grind this week. I had a bunch of exciting meetings for upcoming collaborations and even made it out to a few New York Fashion Week happenings. The one event I’ve been looking forward to the most is the Kate Spade presentation which I’m actually heading to this morning. Keep an eye on my Instagram Story because I’m sure I’ll be posting lots of photos and videos. I can’t wait to see what they’ve come up with for fall!

Lately I’ve been repeating this outfit (or a similar t-shirt/sweater variation) on my casual days when I’m just working from home or running errands. It’s also February so I gotta rock some pink. This knotted tee was a steal and comes in three different colors! I’ve had these pointy toe lace-up flats FOREVER (Nick call them my “elf shoes”) but I found a pretty much identical version of them here.

So what do we think about the messy bun and elastic headband hair look? Confession: this is actually the headband I wear when I’m washing my face our putting on/removing my makeup. I can’t remember where I got it (probably CVS or Walgreens) but it was definitely not something I purchased to be wear publicly. I didn’t even realize I still had it on until I was about to walk out the door, but I decided to just roll with it after looking in the mirror. It’s kinda cute right?
