I always get nostalgic in September around my birthday. It’s hard to believe I’m turning 26 on Sunday! The combination of getting another year older, the weather cooling down and everyone heading back to school and wrapping up their summer travels always gives me the feels. I swear some days it seems like turning 21, graduating college and moving to New York just happened yesterday.

When this pair of Hush Puppies arrived on my doorstep last week I totally was taken back to my childhood. Who else wore Hush Puppies Mary Janes growing up? I remember I had multiple pairs! But back to my booties… I do so much walking and these keep my feet feeling supported and comfortable. Also can we talk about that subtle shimmer? I’m such a sucker for sparkle.
