If you’re craving a fruity and refreshing alcohol-free drink then look no further than this strawberry mint margarita mocktail recipe. Y’all know I LOVE my margs and these are nearly as good as the real thing and perfect for indulging in on a hot day. This recipe is very easy to whip up in a blender and can easily be modified based on what ingredients you have on hand. I actually made my own mint simple syrup, but if you’re looking to throw these together quickly you can just blend mint leaves directly into the drink or skip them entirely. The yummy combo of strawberry, orange and lime is just as tasty! Oh this is a great recipe for making in bulk too if you’re hosting guests or having a party 🙂

MAKE MINT SIMPLE SYRUP. Add water and sugar to small pot and bring to boil. Once boiling, add mint leaves and remove from heat. Cool completely and then discard mint leaves. (You can do this the day before and store the simple syrup in the fridge!)
RIM GLASSES. Mix together equal parts salt and granulated sugar. Wet glass rims and dip edges in salt sugar mixture. I typically just wet glasses with water, but depending on the type you're using a simple syrup or agave sweetener could also work as a sticky rim adhesive.
MAKE COCKTAIL. Blend lime juice, orange juice, simple syrup, fresh strawberries and ice until smooth. Strain into rimmed glasses.
GARNISH. Feel free to garnish glasses with a slice of strawberry, lime or a mint leaf!
