So news with me… I’ve started exercising again! I’ll be the first to admit I’ve neglected my health since the beginning of 2016. About a month ago I finally said to myself no more excuses and started steadily easing back in to physical activity.
I started small by doing 30 minutes of stretching and yoga just on a mat in my apartment everyday (I love this YouTube channel). Then this week I began taking beginner pilates reformer classes. I was terrified before my first class but surprisingly I didn’t struggle as much as I thought I would. I think I really did myself a favor by prepping with yoga and stretching the last two weeks! We’ll see how things continue to go. I’m really enjoying pilates but may try other types of classes to see what I like best.
What are your favorite workouts? Any advice for me?
