The day has arrived! I’m so excited to share our 2016 holiday photos taken outside the Waldorf Astoria hotel on beautiful Park Avenue. The second I got them back I had to stop myself from posting them all at once– I love how these turned out!

Every year the Vineyard Vines holiday collection gets better and better. There’s always a great mix of styles for women in festive prints and plaids, as well as classic staples for men like button down shirts, sweaters and slacks. Nick is obsessed with the fit of Vineyard Vines pants. Last year we went casual for our his & her’s look so this time we decided to get a little fancy  😛

It was tough to decide where we wanted to take our Christmas photos because there are so many iconic locations in New York– especially during the holiday season. You can’t go wrong with the Lotte New York Palace (where we took our photos last year), but the beauty of Park Avenue made the decision easy. So yes, bright and early on a Saturday morning we headed uptown and braved the cold for these shots! Was it worth it? I like to think so!

Now for the big reveal: our Christmas card! The past three years we’ve always sent handwritten cards including a wallet-sized photo of the two of us. This year we decided to step things up and with the help of Minted.com I created our custom cards. There were so many fun designs to choose from, but once I chose a format it was so easy to upload our photo and adjust the text. With rush shipping our cards arrived in less than a week– voilà!
