Happy Monday, my friends! While most of the blogging world has transitioned to full throttle holiday mode, things have been a little slow moving on my end. It honestly only hit me last week that wow, Thanksgiving and Black Friday is just a few days away… Cue blogger panic mode! Luckily I had a very productive weekend and now have a lot of fun posts for ya’ll in the works.
SALE ALERT! The Bloomingdales Big Brown Bag Sale is happening NOW! For every $200 you spend, you’ll get $25 taken off your total. There are also LOTS of items marked down over 50% off + Bloomingdales cardholders can earn 5x points when ordering online. No need to wait until Friday to begin your Christmas shopping! PS all shipping is free too.
One of the most common requests I’ve received over the last month is to share holiday outfit ideas, so I thought I’d kick things off with a dressed up look that can be worn for a number of occasions. Living in a cold(er) climate I totally get the struggle of putting together a “formal” look when the weather is freezing. This outfit (scored via Bloomingdales) is the perfect solution if you want to feel comfy and warm, but still look super chic.
OUTFIT DETAILS // Karen Kane Flare Pants | Karen Kane Turtleneck Sweater | Karen Kane Ribbed Cardigan (now on sale!) | Black Pumps | Kate Spade Bag | Chandelier Earrings | Michele Watch | David Yurman Bracelets | Red Lipstick
There are a number of reasons these under $100 flared pants are awesome: 1) high-waist fit 2) pull-on style elastic waistband 3) flattering flared leg 4) fabric is stretch AF. Basically these are yoga pants that you can wear to the office, Thanksgiving dinner, a holiday party– the list goes on! No joke I think these might be the most comfortable dressy pants EVER…

See?! As long as you have a pair of chic pants, there’s no need to ditch your favorite cozy sweaters or loungewear tops when getting dressed for work or holiday gatherings with coworkers. For a little extra glam you could even add a statement necklace, chandelier earrings or swipe on some red lipstick as I did here. PS I’m actually wearing a matte lip pencil— shade is Riot!
Big thank you to Bloomingdales for sponsoring this post!

These are exactly what I wore for most of my sales calls! Comfy, sleek and easy to maintain. They can be paired with sandals, boots and pumps. Top of with same color or complement, blazer or long sweater, and any fun accessories!
This looks so professional with a little personal customization. I, also, carried a black leather portfolio (NO purse). My needed keys/phone/wallet were in pockets or portfolio.
Have a wonderful week!
