As a new mom, taking time for “self-care” is a total luxury. Some days my hands are so full with Nate that I’m lucky if I’m able to brush my hair and wash up before noon. My beauty routine was an everyday priority before I become a mom. Now that things have shifted, I’m working on minimizing the steps it takes me to get ready and focusing on the health of my hair, skin and nails to avoid constant upkeep.
