Can you believe that next week it will be February? Yesterday when I looked at my calendar it totally took me surprise. I’m grateful February is almost here because there were days this month that dragged by at a snail’s crawl, but at the same time it’s bittersweet that we’re moving into that awkward stage of the year between winter and spring. Ugh. Anyone else think it’s cruel how stores begin promoting warm weather clothing when there’s still snow in the forecast? #RUDE

Patagonia Fleece Pullover | Moto Leggings
I haven’t had a lot of motivation to dress up lately so I’ve just been focusing on basics and loungewear. After investing in a few Patagonia and The North Face pieces in the fall, I decided to snag this fleece pullover. It’s been selling out like crazy so if you see it in your size GRAB IT. It comes in eight different colors!

Maroon Jogger Pants | Cocoon Top | UGG Slippers
I was drawn to these maroon joggers because, well they’re maroon and the under $60 pricetag. All my sweatpants are grey or navy so it was time to add some color to the mix. I’m sorry you can’t tell from the photo, but there’s really cool grommet detailing on the pockets too.

Pink Beanie | Shearling Lined Jacket | The North Face Vest | Pink Hoodie | Moto Leggings | Similar Sunglasses | ZAC Zac Posen Backpack c/o
So do I look like a real New Yorker??? We had a few days this week where it wasn’t deathly cold so best believe I jumped at the chance to wear something other than my down puffer coat. This fleece-lined jacket has been on repeat along with my new Alo Yoga moto leggings. The hype is real about these! I’m all for activewear that doubles as chic streetwear.

Patagonia Pullover | Moto Leggings | Reebok Sneakers | Saint Laurent Bag
Over the last year I’ve only bought sneakers from two brands: Adidas and Nike. That changed as soon as I saw this pair of Reebok training shoes. I adore the color and the look reminds me a lot of my beloved Adidas Ultra Boosts (aka the most comfortable sneakers you’ll ever own.) The verdict is still out for how these will hold up for exercise, but I can tell you they’re a very chic walking shoes. Part of me doesn’t even want to wear them to the gym because I’m afraid to get them dirty 😛

LOOK 2 // Tie Sleeve Hoodie | Moto Leggings | Adidas Sneakers | Similar Watch | Similar Sunglasses
Again you can see the moto leggings in action this time paired with a grey tie-sleeve sweatshirt. I’ve also been rocking this pink velour hoodie (so soft and under $50) and my The North Face Campshire vest. It was sold out for a while, but I just found it in stock here!
These definitely aren’t my most exciting outfits (thanks January blues!) but hey, it’s what I’ve been wearing. What’s been your January outfit of choice? Any stores with cute basics and loungewear that I need to check out?

Did you buy your normal size in the Reebok sneakers? Some sites say to order a size down and just wondering what your thoughts are! Super cute!!
